The lyrics contain a lot of reflexive verbs as a review of the past few weeks. It's a salsa about a man who basically is taken care of by his wife. According to Karen, he is a mantenido, which is not a favourable description. He is basically a kept man. Lyrics are always good for learning new words and new expressions.
